A worldwide network of factory-trained exclusive agents combined with the factory service engineers ensure that any problem you may experience may be rectified. Many of the engineers have more than a 10 year history with SANLING.
End of life is the number one failure mode of SANLING lasers, so our service personnel dedicate much of their time installing replacement tubes in lasers returned to SANLING. Since there are model systems in circulation, there are over 200 laser tube replacements each year.
If your laser should develop a problem before end life, or you require more background data or assistance to integrate our He-Cd lasers into your project. As factory, we have had years of experience in working closely with our customers. This extensive experience can make your implementation of our product a smooth process. |
